Dear Readers,

Thank you for your great interest in the book "Image Processing in Optical Coherence Tomography using Matlab."

In response to questions we have created software AMA (Automatic Mesurements Angle) not using MATLAB. The software implementation of algorithms, however, is only one part of the book. Software AMA to the analysis of OCT images of the eye. Automatic analysis is performed angle glaucoma the anterior segment with three known methods (AOD, TIA and TISA) and one, a new, proposed by the authors in the book

Software AMA operates fully automatically - without operator intervention. A detailed description of the algorithm is given in that book.
Below are link to the beta software AMA. The software is completely free but in any case, please cite the source (book).

For Windows 64 bit (77MB) http://robert.frk.pl/download/AMA64.zip

The program can work at 32 and 64 bit operating systems (only Windows). Minimum hardware requirements determine the speed of analysis of a single image (typical Intel Core 2 Quad 2.5 GHz, 8GB RAM). The maximum volume of the database is dependent on the space provided. The program in its operation uses a database created in the Visante OCT. It does not change and does not modify the DICOM files. Every effort was made to the proper operation of the program. The authors, however, are not liable for loss resulting from the use of software AMA
